Refund policy

 

All items listed are considered FINAL SALE, meaning that they will not be eligible for return/exchange.

In special conditions, some orders may be returned, to request a return, you can contact us by sharing a video of the product at masakali.care@gmail.com or on our Instagram @masakali.india.

If your return meets our policy, we’ll send you instructions on how to return the package to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Wrong or Damaged Product:

Upon delivery, please inspect the package for any visible signs of damage. If the products are damaged during transit, please notify us immediately and provide photographic evidence. We will assist you in resolving the issue.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request.

Refunds:

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed and when the amount refund is issued to the original payment method. (Please note that shipping fees (if applied) are non-refundable.)
